The Mall: Pretty typical English pub–garden seating.
The Hope and Anchor: Good selection of ales, and good food–garden seating at the back.
Grain Barge: A boat-with roof garden.
White Lion Bar, Avon Gorge Hotel: Huge terrace with a fantastic view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
The Pump House: Attractive location at the mouth of the city’s harbour. Lots of outdoor seating.
Pubs:
The Coronation Tap: Great selection of specialty ciders.
The Portcullis: Great selection of ales and specialty beers.
